Thanks for the message. It does confirm what I've felt to be true. I realized several months ago that interacting with him keeps me out of alignment and I think it's because we all instinctively try to co-regulate with others. I found a powerful alignment technique and have been practicing it a few times a day. I really feel it was exactly what I needed and it helped me get a stronger sense of how interacting with my TF was swinging me out of alignment. Good to see you posting again. 🙏

Thank you for channeling and sharing Ashley!! This is so interesting. Especially the anger bit. I have heard how anger can play in ways for better or worse (not that it needs to be labeled that way). But how the anger can be a fuel for passion when it is the driving force for CHANGE. That’s where it seems many get stuck. I know personally that is something that can be an issue for me at times. So releasing that anger is so helpful- heck I was feeling angry last week and was at low energy, so I used my creative energy to pack boxes and clean. The next day I felt completely at peace. Received “bad news” that if I had heard when I felt angry could have really been detrimental. But I cleared the energy by cleaning and moving things, and received the information I needed following that. This is very insightful. Thank you Ashley!

I really needed to hear this I'm going through a lot of gas lighting and narcissistic stuff and criticism for over 10 years with my mother and I might mistake is reacting because I feel the need to stand up for myself to all of it and but anytime I stand up for myself and validates my feelings or tells me to leave or tells me I'm mentally ill which I don't have anything that's a threat to anybody I do have ADHD autism cptsd and anxiety and depression I'm trying my hardest not to react to things even if I respond it gets her upset I try and stand up for myself or a compromise or anyting it causes trouble

Interesting. I paused the video when you were talking about taking a closer look at our own communication, because I didn't want to get distracted by the examples given. I realized that I tend to withhold information about what I'm up to, only because in the past my person would have not been interested. Has that changed? Maybe. Or maybe I don't give much credit anymore to what he does pay attention to. I found it very interesting because it leads me to speak inauthentically, even though I've always been highly authentic with everyone around me. He is the only exception, and maybe he motivates me to just play the pretense card, in order to keep everything streamlined and copacetic. This definitely was an eye-opener.

I let go to the point that I didn't get out of bed the morning I felt his energy really strong & multiple loud noises in my environment woke me up. Instead of responding to any of it, I visualized releasing the energy out in a wide band and it felt so peaceful that I fell back asleep. I think he was in a controlling mood, so I'm not disappointed that I missed seeing him, even though it's been a really long time (relatively for our situation). I've been listening to a love meditation on a daily basis, to keep my heart open to whatever wants to come in. There is a part where you are supposed to listen to what your heart is telling you. For me, today, it was to be calm and sit still and attract, so you confirmed it for me. Thanks for the reading! Glad you entered flow state. It is such a beautiful place to be. 😊

Me and my Tf still argue and fighting . It’s so funny he is nicer to his karmic than me smh . I’m happier just focusing on my damn self. The doubts about this “relationship” is getting bigger and bigger . I call bullshit around the TF journey. Most of us are better off just focusing on the spiritual ascension journey and leaving Behind the other stuff. I feel great Post eclipse the retrogrades always make life extremely clear.

Yep. Definitely feeling the need to put more control in. For me, it's because of significant dates and the lunation. Realizing, as my efforts at bringing harmony only do so much, that I have to cease desiring and efforting. Been working hard on myself though. I think it keeps paying back, but I can also still fall back into the habit of wondering, checking energy, etc. So still some back & forth, but I'm seeing myself do it, striving to keep my mentality in check, finding ways back to myself. Even if it's watching videos that ultimately distract, because they keep my mind engaged with how to work my way out of the obsessive wondering that I don't want to experience. Even something small ... it can start rolling a snowball toward that empowering break-away. Once I get detached, I'm quite content. But then the cycle repeats (return of the TF). I'm trying to close the gap in time it takes to reset. Getting better. Today was not so easy, but I'm planning to prioritize myself tomorrow. Good luck to everyone during this lunar eclipse!

I think there needs to be a space for the Grief that occurs with TFs. Let’s face the facts most people will not be in physical 3Dunion. Most of us will choose someone better and more aligned but there is no space for the grief, sadness around knowing and choosing that union will not happen. There needs to be space for the various steps into this journey, everyone is not at the “end” where there is acceptance. Then there are those of us who do not have a space to share because we have kids with our TFs. It’s the smallest group but it’s a big need that’s not addressed as well. Then no one talks about dark force interference in some of these unions keeping Them seperate along with free will.

I saw 30 or 40 geese migrating this morning, in a double v shape (not a w, but a v slightly behind and to the side of the first one, still in one long string.) Whenever I see migrating geese, I think it's a message about the collective. I just was surprised to see so many.

Most of our DMs don’t say anything. They just cheat, ghost, ignore, sleep around. If people would be honest, up front, it would be better. The joy of this journey is when you finally get the lesson; your DM no longer aligns with you. Does it hurt? Hell yes, it’s your other soul and it’s horrible but there is a soulmate out there who will give you what you desire. or you focus on your own damn self.

I have been working so hard to detach. It’s not easy but God is pushing me to detach. I am coming to the part I am okay without him. Since you mentioned this past weekend I felt my twins pain and I was crying and had no idea. But I knew it was him in pain. Thank you ❤

I've always recognized that attachment style issue, since I first met him, but it's interesting that lately my mind has been more focused on it. I'm not sure I really qualify as "anxious" anymore, since I've detached so much. I'm more motivated to keep improving myself and following a vision. And less and less do I see him a part of that vision. In fact, it has become difficult to imagine it when I try to intentionally. In particular, I realize I don't want to partner, or even bond, with someone who isn't also chasing a vision and open about communicating and working as a team. That would be lunacy. As well as a major step backwards. So maybe I'm making choices that lead me off the TF path, but I think for the first time I feel comfortable with that and not concerned I might miss out on something. Thank you for your insight.

Thank you. What I find interesting is that you used the same phrase that I used about the recent tower moment -- short term pain for long term gain. Something else you said was also eerily resonant (can't remember at the moment), but something I had been thinking. Confirmation for me, anyway. This is the first video of yours that I have found.
