Not checking if the tip of the arrow is wet, it may have adsorbed water and thus be unsave, or even checking if the flights where still secure. These are things you must know and do in all, as that as I know and i've been playing for 20 years now, Dutch Larps. And as a "game master" I would have taken her out of the game for a chat about not checking picked up arrows.
