I have been searching for so long for the name of song @3:00! My Grandmother has this clock and we never knew the name of the song or composer. I didn't want to get it fixed until I knew for sure I had the correct song list, just in case. It's been really hard to find this exact clock with this song set for some reason. So glad you posted this and another commenter listed the songs!

I think I had this and the push button pre-amp. I had it connected to Magnaplaner speakers back in the early 1980s.

Reference grade tuner, has Schotz Noise cancelling circuitry (Blend) that is an analog sort of DSP. It blends left and right channel on top of each other at low sound passages (FM hiss) and cancels them out resulting in no hiss. This is done at low levels and does not work at higher output sound levels as this masks the hiss. Clever design and noticeable with classical broadcasts. If you can obtain this model you have a very nice tuner that has CD clear audio.

Too bad it does not tell you the cd text, would be very difficult finding what you need.

You don’t need to do all that work just to do the belts. Just remove the top outer casing, then a few gold screws from the rear, A couple of leads and you can access the belts, I did it this way very quick and easy.

There is a reversion of one of the boards on that amp, I had to send mine in under warranty as it was showing PRT only, an they swapped out the old board for a refurbished reversion one an sent it back to me.

I have a sat buddy. If I get the signal at 98 95 will it pass install with the aim meter? Meaning could I just use my Sat Buddy instead of the aim meter.

Rare? I think everybody had one of these when I was in high school. I had one with a slide out bracket so I could lock it in the trunk.

The tuner on my 240r does a good job also. I have it set up in the basement without an antenna and I get both AM and FM just fine.

Just got one for 8 bucks at a thrift store. Love it!

I am putting a Kenwood Z919 into a box with some Infinity 6x9s and a 100W per channel amp for my garage. I have had the stereo and a couple of others for decades.

I had this head unit in my first car in 1993, always just pulled it from the dash and put it in the glove box when the car was parked as it was to bulky to carry around. It pre dated the removable front units by a few years 😊
