Thanks for bringing possibilities oof current grandpa's getting kiddoes off the streets and bustin bream.
Can not see the hook😢
How well do these work in Lake Superior? I’ve been using a floater jig, size 5 clip on weight and I have had minimal luck.
that duct tape idea looks nice.... will distribute the lines pull... making rod stronger... I'm thinking.
12 lb test really is extremely strong. Had a friend get snagged one day watched him pull very hard against it.... got the hook back. I thought to myself you can catch anything on 12 lb ! deep story I know.
Plasti-dip in red is a very nice addition to making your own stinger hooks. Works very well holding your loop snug in place!
LOL.....I have no idea what I am doing. I thought you were going to show me how to put all the hook and stuff on the line. See....I must not even know what 'rigging' means. Oh well. Onward through the fog. Jesus bless.
Wow! Impressive these guys know what they're doing! I bet insurance doesn't cover that 😞
So you left it on setup? Then what ? This is nearly how all these spartan setup videos go 🤷♂️spartan more like (sparse) tan setup 😕. All I know is move the button to on position and ironically it shuts off WTF. FRUSTRATING !!
did you ever figure it out
No
@@workhardplayhard801 Are u using the wifi?
Great bit of kit. I would love more of the smaller box, the 3600 I believe, but Can't seem to find them. Any pointers?
How does it do in the wind, When your trolling in a specific trolling path you have saved? Thank you great video!
So....Why can you not make a product that is jacket length but warm like the Endura. There are guys that like jacket length and still need greater warmth ? I fish Lake of the Woods Canada all the time and never know if it's gonna be 40 or 85. I dislike full parka length jackets on the boat tho as they restrict movement a bit. Sure would be nice to have the best of BOTH.
? i don't get it
*This makes my old motor look like a toy **enjoyable.fishing** recommend it's well built. I haven't had it on the water yet, but I'm very sure it will perform just fine.*
With one over hand knot at the bottom of that, does that loop hold under tension? Lose any fish do to the knot slipping ?? Just got my #single barrels that you recommended and got hooks coming. I want to get some mad up for the walleye run!
nope!
how much ice was there?
I can confirm that this works even on a Pike. I only fish Pikes but i didnt wanna buy carbon and some super expensice pieces. Yes the stigner line is a normal nylon line BUT it is a secondary hook on your bait and not the primary that is one metal piece thingy with weight. That said I am no professional or anything like that, i just go and throw soft plastic lures and get Pikes up to 10kgs. Cant tell if this will work on double digit +
You mean Toyotas can't swim .lol
nice job bro i tried: czcams.com/video/2iUMJzU5CHc/video.html
Great vid
More than I expected.
Thanks for the video but, I was hoping for a little more detail about the "trolling with I-Pilot" as your title suggested. I just want to know how you set it up? I want to use my kicker and my I Pilot equipped Terrova to troll. I saw you had the TM prop speed at 7 which seems kind of high. If my target trolling SOG is let's say 2.5MPH, why can't I set the kicker to push me along at around 2MPH and let the TM put in the rest to get to my target SOG? Wouldn't that give it enough prop speed to give good steering control to the Autopilot function? I just really want to see a CZcams video that takes the viewer through the set up process. Instead its usually a bunch of "look at me catch this big fish and show off the stuff I bought for my boat". Just like your video. Sorry, just callin it as I see it.
Now they better hope they get that truck to a warm and dry spot before it freezes solid! inside and out! lol and the divers will know where to find the next truck when they get a call next..right in the BIG HUGE HOLE THEY MADE! lol
I bet he only wanted to get back the stuff in the truck..lol Left his ice fishing rod and real on the back lmao
I dont understand why somebody would go through the trouble of paying 6-10k to pull a truck out of a lake when as soon as the truck goes under the water it's never going to work again! I will be a complete right off! So really they are just paying to clean up their garbage on the lake floor..lol It would be different if it was a near brand new truck and it was pulled out within a hour..but that truck must have been sunk for atleast a few days or weeks for the ice to get that thick where it went through..
youll get an even bigger fine if you dont take it out
You must be the type that drives down the road and just throws their shit out the window.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a new truck or old, you are required to remove it in a timely manner, if not, the state will do it and bill you, and possibly face some fines, especially if any pollutants leaked out into the water.
Thanks for the info... I am starting a Lure Company and I am starting my summer lures now... Thanks again
Thank you very much tomorrow I hope to get it sighted in but instructions are very clear and you did a great job at explaining how and what to do
Where is the run and gun? Looks more like sit, fish and yak...and never caught a thing.
Mr cool Guy over here lol
When I go to move my pins there not the same length help please
how many pins do you have? What is the specific sight you are using?
Badger Sportsman Magazine trophy ride joker 4 pin
@@calebbustin7149 when you say the pins are not the same length, are you talking about the distance a part from each other or the actual length of the pin itself? If it is the distance between each individual pin, that is completely normal due to the draw weight of your bow and the type of bow you are using. the farther back you go the farther the distance the pins will be. Hope this helps.
Badger Sportsman Magazine the actual length of the pin itself but I got it figured out
How do you attach that to your hook then? Couldn’t the loop open and come off?
you attach your hook at one end of the 8in long line. the other end you slide your sleeve through. Then create the loop and tie your knot. The diameter of the line and the knot is enough to not slide through the sleeve. Hope this helps!
Badger Sportsman Magazine makes sense! Thanks! I had a bunch of short bites this weekend. Going to try this for sure!
@@justinkahler2807 It works great! I fished the fox over the weekend and it was all short bites as well! My success rates went up dramatically when I switched.

A submerged truck is a complete write off.
I just want a comfortable 3700 size backpack that’ll hold my trays horizontally, rather than vertically. I beat the bank, and hate carrying my trays vertically because everything gets jumbled up & then if i’m taking my big swimbaits, I have to be super conscience of the tails being bent while walking the bank. and the 3600 bags just don’t offer up enough room either. with my plano 3600 bag... I can carry 3 trays and like 3-4 bags of soft plastics. just not nearly enough storage. I hate it.
If you want horizontal storage, you may want to a hard storage tackle. I’m personally not fond of the hard shells, but seen tons of horizontal layouts.
Looks like the halogen leaked outa the main lights up front there boys.
If you drive on the ice drag a long chain behind you with a float on the end.
Lol
Truck came out in pretty good shape. I’ve seen them wreck a truck by pulling it out. I doubt insurance covers that.
True but the truck is totaled either way.
There are insurance providers that do cover this, some will even cover the cost of retrieval.
How much for the service?
The price depends on the cell service provider. Verizon my be different than cell com or sprint..
how about a little more of a how to video
We are sorry you don't think this video is enough of a "how to" for you. The video shows you that you can use a kicker and the Minnkota system at the same time. Steer with the I pilot system but power comes from the kicker. This allows you to accurately run routes on your system and also adjust speed and save on battery. Hope this helps.
Number once did you mention you were using a kicker motor
Good shooting but one of these times it gona put a broadhead through ur finger
Great info, looking good too! shorturl.at/dlvxN
Looking for help. I have a 7 pin Trophy Ridge and I'm shooting about 6 in low at 30 yards and I keep moving the sight down. Ive probably moved it down a 1/2" and it's shooting even lower
If it is the 7 pin Trophy Ridge React sight all you need to do is sight in your 20 and 40 yard pin and every other pin mathematically adjusts to the right position. if this doesn't help, try moving your whole bracket and not the sights.
Drinking affects accuracy
