I'm super glad I found this video. My dad loved Star Trek and -particularly the potential of the Mirror Universe. There was a point where he watched this video at least once a day. I can only imagine what sorts of headcanons he had, because he always talked about having his own fleet imagined up, and he most certainly had its mirrorverse imagined up, too. Unfortunately, he passed about 2 years ago, so I'll never get to know what those ideas were. But considering this video was probably what kickstarted his ideas, I'm happy you made it, and that I was able to find it, so many years later.

I would have loved to visit Firs Park.

Well I liked the idea of a song about her but I was disgusted and hurt how you objectified her body throughout the song rather than describing her mind and how she played a role in keeping people alive and functional. That way that Kirk had her neck looked like rape. The last shot of her butt was the most objectifying of all. As a human who survived human trafficking and people constantly staring at my body and commenting and taking pictures and videos of people raping me I can assure you that this kind of content is definitely spreading hate out into the world. Hate for women. You think you want to be her man, but how can you when all you feel is lust. That is not a basis to have any sort of relationship. Please seek therapy and go to church. I go to Life Church Online. Your song just made me feel sick and sad. I hope there are other people out there who value her humanity and her mind and not just her body and her hair. The old parks had something special, and a genuine feeling for the gemme and the fans, an authenticity that gave the fans a feeling of belonging, being part and parcel of the club! Aw these new stadium, stewards, catering, players etc cost money and the auld codgers, the fans wae the banter that made fitba, cannae afford the expense nooadays and the young yin’s cannae get a lift ower...the entire climate of fitba has changed!

I met her in person at a Star Trek convention in the 80's... she was very nice and pleasant in the brief conversation I had with her... Rest in Peace, Grace.

I feel their pain too. I was interested in her relationship with the captain. It was meant to be love, like it was stated in Whitney's book, but they let her go. I still wonder what the show would have been like if she was still on the show.

Actually The Mirror universe should have been made into a movie. If it ever does it shouldn't hold back or candy coat the human nature or aspects of violence. The mirror universe episodes are great for topics and debates on history and the what if 's amongst many other fascinating topics..

@VictorLepanto aggression is only universal when talking about earth life. We have no clue how alien life would act, especially when encountering humans, or other life from this planet. As tempting as it is, we should not expect alien life to act more than slightly similarly to earth life, at the very most. More likely, said alien life will act in a completely alien manner. And besides, no one really expects violence, except when it is just so obvious that you have to be blind not to see it.

Even some plants exhibit forms of aggression. It is reasonable to anticipating hostilre life forms on other worlds. This is why I never much liked the final (in the sense of terminal) series.
