So I was playing around with the only key that came with the truck. After watching several videos, this is not the admin key! What do I do now? Courtesy wipe won't go off, yadda yadda yadda.
My 2014 will not do that!!! I have the adm key. Have to go to information menu to get to mykey, says 1 mykey and that's it so now what???
i have a 2013 f15 platinum 3.5 and the my key is not in settings but in Info and it will not let me clear it

I bought my truck used and turned on my key to see what it was and now I can’t get it off

I found a solution I had accidentally set the mykey settings and found that if you lock the doors when you're inside of the car and then turning on the car using your key if equipped with factory remote start it will let you use the key as admin key. From there you can now clear mykey settings. It worked for me.

I only have one key. I'm about to set my truck on fire!
This system is a dang joke. I bought my pickup used and it came with one key. Now I am stuck having these dumb settings. I can’t even listen to certain Sirius channels because of it. The fact that I can’t cancel it out is ridiculous. Of course Ford made it that way so I will have to either buy a new key or take it to the dealer and get raped for them to fix it.

problem could be though if you bought a used vehicle the the person before who you don't know still has the vehicle installed in their phone on the ford pass app.... that's a problem.
