Ronnie Wood is an enigma to me. He was so awesome with the Faces. His chemistry with the other Stones made them a better live show, but the best album the Stones made with him might be Some Girls or Emotional Rescue. Both decent albums, but if compared to the albums they made with Mick Taylor, those two would come up last and second to last on the list.
"I don't mean to tell ya that you look like a fella, but you really shouldn't wear your hair that short" Brilliant, but I'm not sure it was on the single. What a group.
I may be wrong, but, I don't see any pedals around Ronnie. Is he just plugged in? I wouldn't be surprised, but ima percussionist so its not my wheelhouse to notice the details with clarity.

While the Stones never gave Nicky Hopkins the place he deserved, Ian McLagan was a major part of Faces' sound.
Got to see Faces at Hoffeinz Pavillion in the 70s. Kick ass show!
