I tried to play with my pro controller but genshin doesn’t give me the option of controller, help :(
Have you connected the controller to your device? Then go to the game, open the settings, go to "controls" and change it to "gamepad", than you should be able to play the game with your controller. I'm using the pro controller too and it works!

actually, the battery should not be charged while playing the device because the device is going to work harder and cause the temperature of the device to heat up. 😆😆😆😅lol

my mouse does not work whenever i enable switch control :(
If you use ios device, ios16.1 has bug when you press on any keyboard button while moving your mouse cursor and the keyboard won't work at all please wait for the next update of ios 😢
