Within San Francisco, unlimited trips on MUNI, BART and Cable Car is only $98 (which is what it should be for these employees) In San Francisco you can use your monthly pass every single day, unlike employees who'd only use it at most 20 times a month. And perhaps, if there is spare capacity, then perhaps they could allow air travellers going from Hayward and Castro Valley to use the service for say $25-$30 a trip which would be a bargain for them!
