    What if i wanna get in good cardiovascular health for boxing?

    • @Striatian
      @Striatian Před 2 měsíci

      There's a lot of factors to consider, but in general I'd recommend adding some higher intensity cardio 1-3 times a week. And normal jogging not in red zone is a good addition too. The boxing itself is going to serve as cardio in and of itself. And you have to be careful not to overstress your system as well. Same way you don't want to be rev lining a car all the time, you don't always want to be red lining your HR all the time.

    What do you think about leg extensions with toes pointing outward? for the tear drop muscle.

      They’re ok, but in my opinion they’re not putting the body in a position to optimally target the VMO as much as they other exercises

    What about little calves? How do you break those genetics?

    • @Striatian
      @Striatian Před rokem

      Smash them first in the workout so you have the energy to train them properly And hit them frequently They need volume like every other muscle I would recommend 4-6 sets, three times per week (all working sets, close to failure) And make sure you're in a calorie surplus

    I work in fast food as a manager. We are required to ensure we have the proper proportions of ingredients. This is not only to maintain consistency but to preserve the proper amount of profit off the item.

    Here’s the thing a trainer isn’t going to get you that insane results unless you are really bad at working out. To really see results with a trainer you need to go 3 times a week at $60 a session or about $10k for a year. That’s quite a bit more than a kitten

    Great video... As I have a lack of ankle mobility, I'll do it thay way cause even with squat shoes, I can't go low enough.... To go deep, I had to use the assisted pull up machine. it allows me to go pretty deep, it was the only way for me to do it. Some more weeks using that machine and I'll go back on the squat but with heels elevated.... For the next 4 months, I've got 3 out of 5 days that are legs/ glutes training. Day1 quads/triceps, d2 glutes/biceps/calves, d3 shoulders, d4 hamstring/calves, peck/back. Definitively going to try it... bring more infos about legs training.....
