LCFC have struggled slightly in defensive transition but this is due to the defenders being slow & complacency. Overall he pushes the people at the top for more & never settles, he identifies areas of weakness & improvement very well & every player that plays in his team has a very good understanding of their role & the idea they play with. His implementation of coaching & tactical tweaks across to players are top, off the ball work rate is top & shows discipline to younger players to ensure they don’t get too ahead of themselves after a good game. Downsides are adaptability at times, substitutes made too late or exposure in defensive transition👍

LASK is pronounced like "last"... just replace the "t" with the "k" ..for the way you pronounced it it then has to be written in German L.A.S.K. as an abbreviation with "dots" which in that particular case doesn´t work in German because in German "Sporting Club" aren´t 2 words for then having a "dot" for each as like as in English but it is just 1 compound word = "Sportklub" so it would then look like that = L.A.SK and everybody might think of Los Angeles So therefore it is instead an acronym = LASK for "Linzer Athletik Sportklub" (literally meaning = Linz´s Athletic Sporting Club/or Athletic Sporting Club of Linz respectively)

Great post this and Glasner has definitely galvanised the squad however his reign has rather coincided with the return of Eze & Oliseh. Spot on mate. If the board gives Glasner the spending freedom that Vieira had we should be flying. Patrick was able to attract good players to the squad and build a quality side which we thank him endlessly for, but Oliver actually knows how to utilise the squad effectively. Very promising to see because we have too much quality to be in the bottom half of the table.
