One of the best ideas ever. There's no reason why these can't be made for standard 1/4" and 3/8" air hose. I abhor barbed fittings and hose clamps.

Might be blind in one eye and not seeing out of the other, but I did not see any information about the compressor requirements for supplying sufficient air pressure to move the medium. Major [convenient] component of any blast system. Damn Harbor Freight sells their equipment, but fail to let you know that you need one hell of a compressor to move the medium effectively and to forego constant "clogging" of the equipment. Develop some ethics, some degree of professionalism by providing the necessary specifications for the entire system.

Swwmwd professional except for the horrible audio editing adding the cool cliche rock music behind the dialogue the entire time distracting the person trying to listen the whole time. Yeah I know you got that from so cool tv car/truck shows but they have experienced professional editors that do way more to the audio track than just add a low volume audio track. And when it comes down to the important nitty gritty of the talking they will kill the music Learn to edit or just stop trying too hard.

Great chart thank you. It's based on Bernouli equation, I ran it on one datapoint. Even at 30 PSI I managed to pierce a container roof, with a size #4 nozzle and a 32 CFM compressor (equivalent continuous run).

That Pressure at No.5/16 I.D. Nozzle Chart which shows the cfm requirements, it is important to note this chart is for a Pressure Type Media Cabinet System ( Note the high pressures listed starting at 50 ) and not for a Suction Type Media Cabinet System ( i.e.. The type that about 90% of home DIY's have in their home garage/shop ) If you have the common Suction Type then the cfm requirement using the common 5/16 I.D. Nozzle and a 5/32 I.D. Air Jet would require only 20-25 cfm compressor utilizing a true 5-h.p.230 volt motor. Likewise if you have a 6 cfm capacity output compressor running 3-h.p. motor then you would use a 1/8" I.D. Air Jet.
