Unfortunately... Nothing interesting :(
The game simply crashes on the first on-foot section due to not having Double-H alongside you. There goes my intention of getting a pic of Pey'j in the Slaughterhouse...
For a quick explanation of what's happening:
- You can only get up to 14 pearls before you buy the neutralizing cannon and enter the Factory, that's 1 pearl short of getting the Jump Kit earlier than intended but...
- On the first part of the video I show a very old glitch that still works on the remaster (czcams.com/video/-4YZIiepkhk/video.htmlsi=QF9W0S-0Ho6SE090). This glitch allows you to access the shed locked behind a Square key lock without having the key. With that you can get that 15th pearl (and a bonus one since you should have only 2 animals left for the next pearl).
- Then simply you can buy the Jump Kit before the Cannon and make your merry way to the Slaughterhouse. The only worthy things that happen is the Slaughterhouse objective getting added early alongside some E-Mails and Double-H voicelines manifesting without him behind around and one Alpha Sections bot disappearing, nothing from Pey'j in any of the Jump Kit areas.
- You are not softlocked either since both races and all 3 thieves dens are completable (+ the pearl in the canals), so you can get enough for the cannon and go back to the Factory.
- That's it really, you can actually get inside the Slaughterhouse road until the point at the end of the video where you have to go on-foot. In that spot the game will simply crash since it's expecting Double-H to be with you.
Just a funny sequence break that serves no real purpose, it has no real advantages for anything really. Even if the game didn't crashed, you would be softlocked at any point since Jade doesn't have the discs glove, special keys and Double-H skills. At that point you could be fully softlocked if you saved after the big gate closes, you couldn't go back without finishing the report yet you can't advance to complete it!
