It depends. Both have tons of amenities for adults and kids including tons of pools and a water park. Food at Baha Mar is better, but is definitely more expensive. Food at Atlantis is still good and has more kid options at better prices. Atlantis has more marine life and Dolphin Cay onsite. Beaches are also better at Atlantis. However, Baha Mar is much newer and nicer overall. The casino is also larger and nicer. Overall, you will enjoy both, so I say pick based on which of the mentioned amenities are most important to you.

You're welcome! It certainly isn't cheap, but a hack is to utilize Hilton points to book this resort. The villa shown in the video is bookable on points. Even when using points, budget minimally $700 per night of stay or upwards of $1000 per night of stay if you plan on visiting the spa or doing water sports. Lastly, the yacht transfer is mandatory and expensive at close to $1000 per person round trip. Still, it is well worth it!

The water temp can vary from the low to mid 70's. The air temp also fluctuates between low 70s and about 80. The ocean water is a bit on the cool side, so don't expect to spend long periods in the ocean unless you can tolerate the cooler waters. Also, the pools can be a little cold as well. However, there are a couple of pools that are heated at Baha Mar.

This resort is expensive and is an excellent use of points if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member. Cash rates easily exceed $1,500 per night in the offseason and get close to $2,000 per night in the peak season. Taxes are very high in the Maldives, so add 23% on top of that. In addition, seaplane transfers are required and are booked by the resort. The current cost is $870 roundtrip per person. This resort is NOT all inclusive. However, breakfast is included with Bonvoy Platinum status or higher. Assuming you get the free breakfast, I would budget $600 per night of stay on the low end. If you like to drink a lot and do a lot of activities, such as water sports and spa treatments, then increase your budget to $1000 to $1200 per night of stay.

You are right about that. It is pretty much impossible to see this ship in 3 days (Disney only offered 3 and 4 night itineraries on the Wish). We have the Treasure booked for early next year, which is a full week itinerary. That will be plenty of time to get it all.

You are in the ballpark. Our trip included legs to the Maldives as well with a cost of $5,500 per person round trip.

This trip was indeed back in 2023 and the flight started in PHL and ended in DOH. Videos are typically posted several months after the trip with this one being a bit longer. You are also correct that this route has since been discontinued and replaced with an American Airlines flight onboard a Boeing 787.

No doubt this industry is changing fast and you are not the first to mention issues with customer service. The product is good, but hopefully they can work out some of the customer service issues and perhaps even refresh the product soon.

The new class of ship was originally listed as Triton with Port Canaveral while under development. This was late December 2023 to early January 2024 over New Years. The resort was over 90% capacity. It looks empty because I film early in the morning before most guests wake up. Reservations are absolutely necessary during any peak time and I would still recommend them off peak. I booked restaurants 2 months in advance and had trouble securing many of these reservations. Luckily, you can book most of the restaurants directly on the website.
