First day here, and I am feeling really hopeful to implement this into my morning routine

I didn't have any interest in numbers, and In fact from my past religious beliefs didn't believe in that. However, the numbers started out if the blue, and incessantly. I was compelled to look into it and found out about synchronicity. The numbers came first, not my belief, or connection to them in my personal experience. So, this remains a very interesting topic!

Sandy what you do another video just like this but extend it two more rounds with two minute breath holds for each round and extend the meditation to 5 minutes. That would be so perfect for me. I already do this video every morning but I have to go back to round two to extend it two rounds and then I pause it for the 2-minute breath holds. Love your work keep it up!
