А почему телосложение обязательно худощавое? Я думала, холерики наоборот склонны иметь крепкое телосложение, т.к. им не сидится на месте и большинство занимается спортом

very cool video! i'd say it describes the choleric version well in personality, with the short temper and agression . However, I personally have my reservation by the idea that the choleric body type is thin and slight framed. If you look at somatypes, and also real life, generally more muscular and 'manly' build people have such personality. In the somatypes system these are the mesomorphs. They are filled with testosterone, which casues their dominant personality, somewhat short temper and masculine build (also bones!) and muscle development. Small framed people, in the somatype system called ectomorphs, are usually more reserved people, with an overwhelmed nerve system, and the tendency to be (overly) analytical because of their seemingly overdeveloped nerve system. Their nerve system on itself is not overdeveloped, but simply the other areas of their body is undedeveloped, it seems overdeveloped. They have a small frame and rib cage, with little room for a bigger digestive system, which is related to senssations and emotions, and they have small bones and bone development, which is related to action and dominance. So by the lack of the other parts being overly developed, their nerve system seems to be too deveoped or "too big" for their relative small body in mass. This causes htem to respond too much to stimuly , making them overthink things, and making them want to learn and learn, like geeks love learning and mental stimulation, and experience things like loud noises too much. Usually geeks have that body type, which should indicate something.They are good at logical things like programming, but their feeling side is under deveoped (because of under developed digestive system) so they lack in social sitations, and their bones and muscles are under devoped, which results in personalies too soft and adapting instead of dominanting and confident Dygestive system causes types to feel sensations and emotions. Most serotonin production is in the digestives system, also called your 'second brain', and the core place of emotions..Not the brain ! That is why one describes things related to mood with 'stomach like' descriotions, such as having butterflies in your stomch, or having a gut feeling. It's all the digestive system that causes emotions. Phlegmatic's are the somewhat shorter and broader ones, with large bodies thick bodies with large overly developed (in comparisons) digestive systems, but with a lack of muscle build, so their dominant personality trait is how they feel. So they like sleeping, relaxing, bascially feeling good...anyway, was not planning on typing so much, but I find all these relations so overly facinating!

I'm melancholic and even I would get pissed off if that shit happened to me.
