The United States of America happens when a quorum of the several states meets in a Congress Assembled. A re-Constitution or Original jurisdiction occurs when there is no de facto in appearance. Oregon the state is dated 1859 and is number 33 with full faith and credit among the several states and territories. Oregon has re-constituted; completed in November 2022. Now, we know 15 states. Any additional 5. The United States of the Constitution 1859, was usurped by the Lieber Code. It is no longer a 10 mile square. That is U.S. Army, Blue Coats, Federal, un-Constitutional as in no standing Army. It should be militia. The Electoral College makes the Next Commander and Chief of the United States the de jure provisional government. Provenance, Pedigree, Protocol, de jure, do you have your bona fides in order? Currently the option that is functioning is Article I Section 1 the social compact of our Oregon Statewide Jural Assembly aka the provisional government on Oregon. The paperwork to re Constitute a provisional government on a state, commonwealth or territory takes 30 days, 15 hours work, 100 bucks for postage, 40 bucks for a seal, done by 5 people with their bona fides in order. It doesn’t matter what you did in the military it was important. Soldiers gotta eat they need clean clothes and supply’s. Be proud of working in the service. I was a truck driver in Iraq. Think of that without a supply line how long can a soldier preform his duties with no supply’s or help. No need in lying about anything.

I hear it once in a while from somebody claiming to be former military that wasn't. I was Army and have friends who served in the Marine Corp. I know enough about the Corps from them to know when someone is trying to bull $hit me saying they were a Marine. I walked away from a guy once when he told me he was Army and "won" the MOH. I turned and walked away. This cokehead wasn't worth the assault and battery charge.

I will not pretend to know what it is like to understand how emotionally painful it is to lose someone especially a child. Ok I served in the Army for 12 years. I wear some polos and caps. Mostly 101st and 2nd Division. I served in both. I am 63 years old and I have had young guys try to grill me about my service. It came to the point that I stopped wearing them for a long time because of the disrespectful questions in public by these guys.

And for what? So, our boys could die for nothing.

All these organizations that are recording veterans and their stories for future generations to view. They should require the veteran to show his or hers DD 214 before recording them. I went to VN 68/69 after serving with the Army's 4 ID in the central highlands. I was 11B infantry. The guys that like to tell VN war stories more than likely served at a secured rear basecamp with paved streets, swimming pools movie theaters etc. Those of us that were stuck in the jungle called these troops the clerks and the jerks. We would be told that everybody is going to get four cans a beer and four sodas. Those in the rear stole from us in the bush. 2.7 million Americans served Vietnam but only 40 to 60 percent over ten years saw combat. VN vets can sling the BS but never saw anything. I believe in Jesus without a doubt.

Fantastic advice! Our identity should be in Jesus Christ. Anyone who served should be proud of their service regardless of how grandiose it was (or not). But as Christians, we have been given a higher calling of service to our Lord.

Always call out stolen valor.
