I love your ideas and layouts. Do u use the gesso? I have seen where people use gesso to prep the pages so that nothing bleed through.

Nice job and how to with the sprayer. Your results are great! A tip for you would be to toss those small parts in a smaller container, use less mineral spirits and not have to dilute it with water if you want the best chance to get all the stain out of the parts!

Also, I'm guessing you're pretty busy..how do you make the time for two diff Bible times like that? Do you do the note-taking one each day for quiet time and the art journaling one on a weekly basis? I'm needing help figuring out how to fit it into my rhythm.

I too have a problem being consistent in bible reading. I wish I would love to read it.

So the micron pens won't bleed or smudge? I tend to have a heavy hand when writing and drawing and am quite afraid it'll affect the Bible in an annoying way.

Just a small tip: turn your pins there other way and you won't have to remove them while stitching.

Nelson sells similar Bibles in KJV and NKJV if either of those is your translation of choice. I just bought one and have been jotting my musings in the margins.

I was going to say I was surprised that the ESV used "pinions" when even the KJV said "feathers", but I traced the word choice back to the ERV of 1885, so it''s really nothing new.
