Hello, this is JGKim at channel "Tech & Art".
This episode is for Front Axle assembly process (for trucks and buses) where Front Axle I-Beam (Previous episode: Machined one) is assembled there. This Front Axle assembly is being produced by same company, but another plant near truck & bus OEM (maker) and also by advanced smart production & quality management system.
Highlight is for assembly process and manufacturer (Company);
1) Smart process and management system (MES, ERP)
- MES : Quality management system (FIFO, LOT Traceability, self-inspection data,
QC measuring data...) by bar code and POP, ....
- ERP : Production and inventory management system
2) JIT delivery to customers
3) Best quality (Very low ppm from customers)
4) Best and biggest Front Axle I-Beam manufacturer (company) in Korea
5) Very qualified sub-suppliers and good sub-supplier management system

Where is this
Thanks for your watching ! It is located in Ulsan-city (South Korea). Also closely located to Busan-city (2nd largest city of south Korea). About 40 min drive from Busan (Haeundae beach). Highly recommend to visit !
Recently, I dropped in on weekend. Full of visitors and cars ! Hence, if you plan to visit, week day appears to be better option.

World biggest Junk Art Theme Park has been built in Ulsan (Ulju/Seosaeng) South Korea. Most of the parts were from automotive & motor-cycle scrap (junk) parts. All art works were made only by imagination and creativity w/o technical drawings. Amazing ! Incredible ! On-site visit is strongly recommended.
