Without realizing you have already identified the flaw in the 2nd Renaissance is "machine propaganda" perspective. The human population of Zion only had a machine influenced point of view. This is correct, and that machine has a name: The Oracle. The humans population of Zion has never seen the 2nd Renaissance. IF they had access to it, Morpheus would not have said they don't know who struck first. He would've blamed the "leaders of men" (UN) for bombing 01, or he would have placed blame on B1-66-ER. He does neither. He said, they don't know at all, but the 2nd Renaissance shows the history of events pretty clearly. Where people get confused, is that the 2nd Renaissance opens with "Zion Archive". When one accepts that Zion originally served as the nuclear bunker for the machines, and that the 2nd Renaissance is an archive for the machines, and that the humans of Zion never had access to it, suddenly the machine propaganda narrative doesn't make any sense. The Oracle is who guides the humans to populate Zion with each reset. The machines simply recycled the space. That is what the "Zion Archive" proves. One can certainly argue that the winner gets to dictate history, this is true throughout history and there are plenty of lies that we are taught that simply were not true. I'd argue that is a human trait, and see no reason to believe that the director of the Animatrix episode or the Wachowskis had any reason to be deceptive to the audience about the history of the world they created. The director was very clear about using actual historical events to represent specific atrocities that occurred in the real world, but made no mention of it being some type of propaganda piece for machine pride or to control humans. That's a pretty big detail to leave out. Writer's and directors don't typically create a deception that massive just to not let the audience in on it.

So I'm not sure if you saw the original case study, I did go over all the documents in one of the early videos on the channel. "Matrix vs Sophia Stewart" The idea in that video was to objectively present the facts & let people decide for themselves. I have not yet done a part II because it seems like not much has changed. All I'd be able to add for now, is my opinions, but no new documentation, evidence, or new facts. However, I did notice Miss Stewart has started doing the CZcams interviews again as of late. Got real quiet when Resurrections dropped for a bit. Apparently before Resurrections came out, she did a Judge Joe Brown interview, that he opted NOT to air...

Don't think it has been rolled out publicly yet. But it is something that they've been trying to restore. Pretty sure they're still working through the kinks.

Not sure if I mentioned it in this video, but Zion was originally one of the machine "bomb shelters" you mentioned. Hence why the machines know exactly where it is.
