    I have learnt to figure out whether the shorted component is the ic or cap that is to say if there is dead short,the faulty component is the capacitors,if partial short, the fault is the ic,go straight to remove ic first

    Hi please how do you determine a phone screen circuit and power circuit..And at the same time how can I use the multimeter..Im a guy in phone and work on normal fault like screen changing,mouth piece,charging system etc.But I want to learn the board aspect.how to test ic or a dead board 🙏
