How to induce flowering?
Make sure the plant gets enough sunlight during the day
You can also move your plant into a greenhouse in order to create the optimal conditions
Prune any damaged stems or branches from the plant. This will help the plant focus its nutrients and the needed energy on growing the flowers
Make sure the temperatures are above 65 degrees (18c). If the temperatures are lower this might decrease the chances of a flower dragon fruit
Make sure the fruit has enough moisture! Although it’s a cactus, the soil needs to be kept consistently moist
To encourage fruiting, make sure that plant has enough support to climb on

Hi Sir may i ask , your dragon fruit looks so healthy and no sign of fungus, what are you using to prevent fungus to your dragon fruit? And may i ask again, what kind of pen or marker you used to mark your dragon fruit? I hope you can get back to me soon once you read my comment. Thank you
@@edmerdaclan it’s the balanced between the sun and watering. They need the sun, not too much sun they’re gonna get sunburn and if there is a fungus, you need to stop water them let them dry . That’s gonna heal by itself.
Hi az, I had bought a cutting from you that you labelled "T" for test and said it tasted like lychee...u mentioned again in your video, do you have the hybrid name of it? My cutting has grown over the trellis now, hoping to have a bud..

On some of your grafted plants, it looks like you trimmed off the thorns from the rooted part of the graft. Is that to keep the bottom part from growing more branches so the graft grows?

It seems like the bottom of my dragons are getting squishy vs the plump firm they were when I first got them ? Any ideas I water once a week with 6.5 ph to water with cal mg added back in. I use compost free soil mix any ideas ?? Thank you

@@mumtazkareem134 I always use chicken manure. I add the chicken manure in the winter and in the summer I add the chicken manure in the water and I water the dragon fruit after 2 to 3 days. I use the chicken manure water in the summertime.
