Hi, tried the same thing but the bit from the isolation valve to female socket is leaking. Is it a 1/2 female socket? I used a 1/2 female socket to 3/4 x 15mm x 15mm washing machine valve tee to the tap connection. Thanks!

Thank you for posting this. It didn’t fix my problem entirely, but got me going in the right direction. I found that my fridge still made a buzzing noise after doing this. Sharing what worked for me in case it can help someone else out. I went ahead and added an additional four o-rings between the metal shield and the plastic and no more buzzing!

Watched your stream on pond filter maintenance. Curious to know where you purchased your flat black plastic spanner for valve change water direction. I made some out of wood but your plastic version could be useful.

I’ve spent 40 mins and 5 bits of wood hammering the hell out of mine to get it in and I’ve run out of wood- still about 4” to go and it’s on the piss- so will be ‘Bodging’ it to level it up pence it’s in- not an easy job - tbh absolute pain in the arse and very physical work getting it in

Thanks for the vid mate. The tip of flushing the filter out in the sink first is helpful. Recording audio on phones can be tricky so you done alright. The first half of the vid is kinda pointless to anyone watching though as it was a problem of phishing the water line round the back of the units, a problem specific to your job you were doing. Most watching like myself will just want to know what to connect correctly to get the water supply to the fridge. Again, thumbs up.
