There is no dignity or value in flogging yurself through the religious ideas that for you have never been directly understood or perceived. This truth is as clear as daylight to so many of us that it seems pertinant to point it out to you today. Sure, if you recognize this you will lose all the meaning of your life because you will see it exactly as it is, and all our lives are meaningless today. There is meaningfulness and even hope only when we open our eyes and see our lives for what it is, and in you is nothing but the desperate scramble for attention that destroys all sanity in spiritual discussion today. You're not alone. There are only spiritual vampires helping others: otherwise we would not destroy other people's freedom and dignity by expecting them to so stupid that they swallow everything we say and find us to be useful or important. This is ego inflation, which is spiritual deflation, so decide what you want: ego inflation or the growth of true understanding of yourself and life as a whole It's up to you mate. And Tolle is no different. IF YOU WANT TO BE AS PAINFULLY AVERAGE, BORING AND HOPELESS AS HE THEN YOU WANT WHAT HE'S GOT RATHER THEN THE TRUTH.

The observer is inexorably bound to the observed. One cannot observe anything without an effect on it.

I have not yet even watched the whole interview but just in the opening Sky touched on something I internalized many years ago. I imagined the universe from the perspective of photons of light. Which would have NO time a photon is generated and then absorbed without any interval at all. So this follows that there is no past or future everything "is." Time is not a dimension it is an emergent property of experience or observation. I will continue watch and see how this connects. I hope to meet Sky at some point to discuss deep thoughts.

Thank you both for this interview. I gained great insight into this mysterious and deep practice of Aikido.

This "code" is a scaffolding that allows us to build ourselves. Once this structure is built and strong the scaffolding is no longer needed for it is now embodied in your being.

I hope more people can come to understand the heart of what I was saying here. The seed of compassion should be nurtured and fed so it may bloom into a powerful divine energy.

Thank you for this intervew. Ginny Breeland Sensei articulates so well these deeper and transformational qualities of aikido practice.

As a fellow student of Ginny & Pete I can attest to the sincerity of this conversation. It is amazing how many of the same thoughts and words have been swirling around inside of me for what seems like life times. As Ginny mentioned there are many paths. The relationship between Nage and Uke is the most egalitarian practice. No matter our differences off the we can still train together We are all Nage & Uke simultaneously; physically, mentally & spiritually. The connection to sound & light is no accident for these show the same properties of a "waveform" with patterns of constructive and destructive interference. Like the merging of ripples on the surface of water. So to we all have the chance to magnify and empower OR tear down and destroy. To accept this and choose the former is the true path of The Warrior (echoing the words of O'Sensei).
