A little frustrating that thos doesnt cover your fully adjustable external frame packs at all.

Does the Kilty late start have an air vent in the rain fly for the one person version? I have seen some videos that show an air vent specifically on the Kelty website. But I have not seen in any of the reviews and or videos a 360° view of the Kelty tent to see a rain fly vent on the back.

First and last Kelly product I’ll ever own. The poles are all cracked and covered with tape, only used it maybe once a year for the last 8 years. Never abused, poles all broke during set up. I’ve never had such a poor quality tent, Ozark Trail FTW.

this is a great sleeping bag, I am looking to replace my old one due to wear and use. I use my bag over 150 days a year, and it needs to be retired. WISH I could find a new one just like this one.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ... out of all the CZcams suggestions, yours is the one that worked!!! I used a bit of Vick's at the narrow end of the strap, pried open the clasp as you suggested and held the other end of the clasp tight with pliers and used the pliers to hold tight clasp & managed to slide a bit of the clasp and then it was a matter of working it upwards until it was fully gripping the strap.

why so heavy :(

I purchased this bag in the dark green colour. I tested it out one night indoors when it was about 60°F or maybe a bit less in my apartment. I was surprised at how warm it was, being as thin and lightweight as it is. I want to pick up a fleece liner for it, as I am sure I could be comfortable at around 50°F with nothing more than the Rambler and a fleece liner. I wonder what temperature I could comfortably sleep in with a fleece liner inside of a rambler, and both inside of a Supernova 20°...

This pack is worth 50 bucks at most. The 2009 Redwing 50 was perfect. This one stink. Kelty quality keeps getting worst. You get less and less with each revision.

Acadia 2 might be by far one of the most useful tents in the world of all time!

The only thing that could have made this bag better is a more padded laptop sleeve that doubles as a hydration pack holder verses the other way around. Something similar to the tactical model, which I have and the only thing I don't like about it is the lack of mesh pockets on the sides.

You make sett9ng the poles into the grommits seem so easy. I punched them through my lkegs a few times setting the shelter.

Tried it clip Snappped immediately. Better idea change the design. Iam not sure why so many companies use this kelty, gregory , north face etc. Just get rid of it.

Yeah, fixed my Petzl Bug sternum strap with this method. Clamp opened just enough to start on the piping and slid right on as it slid off the screwdriver, very little effort involved. Thanks

A lot of clips on the fly go unexplained here. I don't know why. What are the two round hole clips on the underside of the rain fly. It looks like they connect to the crossbar but I can't see how. HELP

There is no sleeve for the ridge pole on my Kelty Acadia 2 tent. Where the heck does that 3rd pole go?

I use trekking pole that is also a mono pod. It has a ball shaped screw off handle made of cork. Ideal for going under tarp with out damaging it. The best. Bit is of you screw the cork handle off you can poke the thread through Gromit hole and replace handle, quick attach, I have also made a T shaped. Soft plastic piece with three holes one at the end of each leg . I put this over the thread too screw handle back on and I have two ready made tie out points or you can use carabina clips on the cord ends to attach to the plastic via the holes. Makes life so much easier.

Ive had the redwing 44 tactical in black for the past 6years or so and its by far the best pack ive owned. Couple clips broke but that was due to it being throung in the washer and dryer but it still function like a champ.
