In my opinion, Pixonic has been very successful in deceiving players by turning War Robots into this blackbox casino, applying silent fixes that create disadvantages to players, put on sale obsolete items as “best deal” , endless nerfing and creating all sort of extreme unbalances in the game to desperate push sales. Most of the time the game is unplayable, unpredictable and untrustworthy. My question to Sola : Is Pixonic acting n the best interest of the players? If YES, please explain how. Thanks

It is an interesting change in the core loop that I also first learned about from the original DoF post. The key difference between Township and Hay Day Pop is that Playrix still is (and always has been) targeting farm game players, while Supercell was targeting puzzle gamers. Most farm game players enjoy puzzle games so adding match 3 the right way can make it significantly more fun, but it is not working the other way around without killing retention - for many reasons. Just a matter of time that future Township copycats are throwing hundred thousands out of the window and fall into the same trap 🙂

A commercial success for sure but does the WR community really consider it a success at the moment?
