I really like the Dare to Create - though I did do some palette surgery . In the big pan row I removed the second shade and moved the lightest to #2 position . In the empty 1st place I put a very light yellow cream matte. I also took out 3 redundant browns and replaced with 3 Laura Geller highlighters in a pink , a champagne and a gold. Many people of a variety of skin tones noted the lack of a really good poppin highlight color for inner corner or halo looks. Some just grabbed their face highlighter others groused about the ( 39 shades and not 1 single inner corner shade? ) .
