Over 30 crowd here 🙋🏾‍♀and let me tell you I have always treated work like a means to an end. I joined the Military right after high school so I could get out of my small town ✅ travel the world ✅ get a free education ✅ My first job right after the Military was a means to support my family ✅and so I could purchase some properties ✅ Then I worked with a financial advisor to start planning my exit strategy so I could retire early (this was before I learned about the FIRE movement...look it up). I have since walked away from my 9-5 to pursue my dream of being an Actress & an Emcee and consider myself retired. Now yes, I did lose myself along the way and got stuck in the rat race, but having a goal of early retirement put me back on track. I'm out now and never going back to a traditional 9-5!

They resorted to all types methods to get more ppl there. This plan goes back. Hell even on Menace to Society their goal was moving to the A. Goes back further than that. The natives there never knew what was coming. I promise its by design. Crazy part is ppl actually claim these places as theirs.

I’ve been living in DC for 16 years. The DMV is outrageously expensive. There is no place you’ll live that is worth the rent. I’m seriously considering moving back to NC. Paying $2,500 a month for a one bedroom apartment is insanity when I could have a three bedroom house for less. Also, getting your own hotel room is always going to be worth it. It eliminates stress.

I Got a Degree, Did Well In College. It Took Me Over 3,000 Job Applications and Had to Move Over 4400 Miles Just to Get a Job That Paid Over $8 an Hour. Everyone should get together and form a tenant committee and demand the rental property provide better service or y’all will not pay any rent until they do so. This is ridiculous.
