@theharvesterproject6779 Yes, how depends on the DAW software you are using. Perhaps the most universal way would be to setup a bus for each mono output and use a Send from the track to each required bus (mono output).

@aiamedia6643 Usually it's because the soundcard/audio interface is not available (usually because another app is using it.

@DylanSellers-bj9dx You need an audio interface that has Direct Monitoring (the audio interface sends a copy of the microphone input to the audio interface amp then back to your headphones, without going through the computer, so you hear your voice with pretty much no latency. This of course means you won't hear any fx you have added to the vocal track but then the fx themselves add latency...

@monsoon008 The bandlab cloud servers sometimes have a bad day and connectivity can be a problem. Try again a few hours (or perhaps a day or 2) later. I also recommend you log in to your bandlab account on bandlab.com before installing, as the install will require you to log in to your account to authorise the install.

@Golden-Lite What drum kit do you have? Have you tried a different USB port on your computer (don't use a usb hub)? Try unplugging any other USB devices you have connected to your computer.

@capybara.tv_yt Cakewalk is owned by Bandlab and is downloaded from BandLab.com, so no virus. It's just an old DAW that they bought from Gibson (guitars), who bought it from Roland (originally called Sonar X1) and has had pretty much all the pay-for stuff removed... So pretty much the same as Sonar X1 lite (that was bundled with Roland gear as a freebie).

@MohammedAmineDAMRI Hi, on the neck there is a button labeled Tilt... Press it to turn tilt on or off (the button lights up blue when tilt is on). Tilt is triggered when neck is at 45 degrees or higher angle (to ground). You may want to recalibrate that to about 60 degrees. The ribbon is not global, it only runs on 1 midi channel and the vortex has 2 midi channels (upper zone and lower zone), so you probably need to press the zone buttons on the neck to change zone. Also, there 3 ribbon buttons next to the ribbon... Pressing the ribbon buttons changes the ribbon settings. I think probably only ribbon button 1 actually does anything using the factory settings (settings can of course be changed in the editor). If you are using DAW software, turn on Midi Learn, press a ribbon button and then swipe the ribbon to use the ribbon(s) in a DAW.

@theevoidd Project Settings is only on the 3 dots next to the project name and not on the 3 dots next to the project version name. It's confusing the way bandlab have done it... But open the bandlab app and on the home screen, tap on the projects icon (bottom right of the screen). Now Scroll through the list of projects and tap on the 3 dots next to the project name and tap on Project Settings

@mysweetpiano312 If the video is mp4, you can change the extension to m4a instead of mp4 and you can use the splitter to split the audio track of the video. The split audio will be separate from the video though, so you would need to use a video editing app if you wanted to use the split audio with the video (just remember to change the video name extension back to mp4).

@jimmmymeadowno7787 Hi, when I open cakewalk, I click on New Project on the startup screen, then click on Basic.cwt, so my new project always opens with an audio track and a midi track. You can also add a midi track in your project by clicking on Insert at the top left of the screen, then click on Midi Track on the drop down menu. Or... Right mouse click the tracks pane and click on Insert Midi Track on the popup menu.

@humbertoaparicio4648 Hi, technically copyright can only be applied to something that is unique. Beats by their nature tend to be generic to a genre and I would expect them to be unlikely to be considered unique for copyright purposes in isolation. Copyright usually tends to apply only to the composure of the song (the combination of beat, melody, vocals, etc) rather than the separate elements (so identifiably unique).

@@IbandUK now is more clear about the copyright but my question was because you pointed out a beat with the bandlab icon and I assumed that only the beats with the bandlab icon they were the authorized ones

@dthomaspoetry You should be able to drag from garageband to bandlab (assuming you opened bandlab in Safari) but it doesn't work the other way round. To move bandlab tracks to garageband, you would need to export the tracks from bandlab and import them into garageband.

@lisanangwe573 Bleeding is usually caused by the microphone picking up sound from your headphones (or directly from the speakers if you are not using headphones). So listen to your song through headphones when recording vocals and keep the headphones volume as low as possible. Closed back over ear headphones are usually best... I use the behringer dh100 headphones when recording vocals.
