She does look like Mimi with that eyeshadow 😂❤ please don’t take this as an insult because it is not given with that intention but you may be happier with your hair if you raise it a bit? When I was taught to draw faces, which I do badly😂 the eyes are half way down the face which sounds so so wrong but it’s not. Give it a go and see if you’re happier with the results ❤

That page is gorgeous! I need to get back into artjournaling, I kind of stopped last year because we moved, and I tried to get into the habit again but never made it. Time for a concentrated effort! and I love when you do simple quick pages because they remind me that not every page needs to be a multi day adventure. I <3 gold texture paste. I have some by marabou I think, it came in a 4 pack of texture pastes, the other three were very disappointing* but the gold is fabulous! I used the tube up and bought a replacement immediately because I love it so much. Also, I tried to squash that tiny bug on your page three times thinking it was on my computer screen *lol* * one was "concrete" that was supposed to dry grey and sort of smooth, but looked like a chemical accident on the page, one was sand which was like the concrete but white and the third I don't even remember
