What gasket are you using for your gas cap? I haven't had much luck with those seals lasting longer than 6 months. Also have an issue when my gas cans are higher than my generator that my gas tanks on my generator fill up past the line that you're supposed to fill them at. Then they start leaking at the gas cap. Do you have any issue with this?

do you vent your exhaust? Out the left (drivers side), or out the right (passenger side with hook ups for electric?)

This is exactly the setup I wanted. Great presentation, pure simplistic genius. My next thought is finding a box big enough to fit the generator and a propane tank. To avoid having multiple boxes stacked on top of each other.

Sure, as long as it swings to the other side, so that traffic doesn't crash into it...for usa roads.
