Chiori is a sub-DPS character, not really good for solo, but her damage output isn't bad. I really regret upgrading her Normal Attack. I actually can use Mistsplitter for higher damage output but the crit rate would be very low so I didn't use it XD. I can't trust 70-85% crit rate anymore lol.     I'm so glad that I got General-San last year in December even though I disappointedly lost pity to Keqing while pulling for him. 😒 But then after a few days, I finally got him and his signature weapon by doing the unlimited wish method.     One of the few times where I enjoy a character in every language. She just sounds immaculate. Anywho, she's amazing. I wish I had her.

    I have a question. Why don't you do his skill before his utl? Because from what i understood, if you do skill then utl, his utl does more hits. Maybe I'm wrong but i thought he worked like that? Anyway, this video convinced me to pull for him on his next rerun

      It's true that when he has 3 mirrors and ult, your ult will do more damage. But that would be a huge DPS loss because when you ult after skill and charge/plunge for 3 mirrors, then you have no mirror left.
