My watch refuse to charge what do i do?

Bought the watch es 2 and in just 1 week, the screen has gone bad. White areas are turning blue. Almost like the screen pixels are slowly dying 😢 This is terrible because it’s my first time trying oraimo watch. To make it worse, oraimo is not responding to my complains. No wonder they force people to order for this particular watch online so if there’s an issue, you can’t immediately take it back to the store.

So from my experience with this watch, I find it useful but I’d like a few very important complications to be added by Oriamo a: cellular or eSIM b: message (across all platforms) replies directly from the watch c: auto detection of fitness workouts d: actually or close to confirm Blood Pressure, etc analysis even if it means subscribing to a service by oriamo e: a round face classic design with functional rotating Basel that actually works f: a better processor chip to enable video play directly on the watch e: the equivalent of “airdrop” by Apple ❤ g: Memoji or emoji or special characters H: wireless charging I: actual/real-time view of social media notifications like actually viewing media/video content from Instagram, Linkd in, CZcams, Facebook, x,etc J: password security For now, these are my humble suggestions to Oraimo. Hope I ain’t asking for too much? Absolutely not! The world in its entirety is not enough 😎

Hi, I just noticed the Oraimo watch ES2 rebooted itself twice now, yesterday and just now. Also, I get an occasional vibration but I don’t see any notification on the watch, I getting it’s the health features updating in the background

I really like this, got it a second time this year. The hitches with this watch is that it don’t stream music you can only control music played on your phone through the watch, the battery health don’t appear on battery widgets on the phone, WhatsApp calls ain’t available and no cellular or eSIM, the call dial pad don’t have ussd symbols I.e. * & # . Other than these drawbacks I like the new interface and os . Battery is awesome second day with always on display battery at 86% and the spinning crown control which actually works is really C😎😎L
