Our Mission
In the 1930s Rochdale’s need for clean, fresh water was met by the provision of the Watergrove Reservoir. Nearly a century later, the Watergrove Trust has been formed to provide schooling of the highest quality for the local area.
Our mission then is to be ever “Providing more” to the communities we serve.
Our Conduct
Our shared purpose is informed by mutual interdependency.
To this end we will always:

Challenge
Innovate
Our Work
Teamwork will be framed to enact a constant cycle of improvement.
Plan (together); Do the work; Check impact; and then Act (Review: Is there a great procedure identified by the work? Are there things to discard or try again?)

Our talented team of musicians took a trip to Belgium this weekend where they had the chance to perform and sight see around Bruges and Ypres.
