Do not use AI to make a resume. Those things need to be reviewed and edited by multiple people preferably people in your industry. AI is gonna make weird formatting and language

Removing the date from the resume does not work when the companies' job application page forces you to put them back on by making them mandatory fields to fill in. So what to do then?...

Apply online and cold call for a job contact the hr and find out how you can apply. Go to the business in person early. Work on your own hustle as well

I recently did Wonsulting to help me find a job. I am established sales person who was looking for some interview tips. For anyone thinking about doing this - it is the biggest scam I have ever paid for. It took about a month and half for the "coach" to get in contact with me. And right before our meeting she rescheduled to the next month. By then I had found a job on my own merit. I have been attempting to get in touch with the owners of the company to have a conversation about this and they refuse to reply to emails and don't support phone conversations. They treat you like a piece of paper and I'd say the tips they provide are best for high school graduates at best. I am stuck paying $1500 for a service I did not even use because they are non refundable. They are urging me to gift this service instead of getting a refund but I wouldn''t even gift this to anyone. For anyone thinking of trying - I say just beware. They are not there for you just for your money. - Angelo

If you applied for 500 jobs, how many you fit? Based on job requirements. This big number, as former recruiter, tells me that you just pressed randomly the Applied button in many cases. Landing an interview depends on many things. It happens companies just place jobs to fakely show they are growing, they build up suitable candidates data base etc.
