No frying! The eggplant that drives everyone crazy. Nobody knows this amazing recipe!
Ingredients:
1. 1 eggplant weighing 350-400 gr.
Cut the eggplant into 1cm wide slices.
Leave the pieces in cold water for 20 minutes to remove the bitterness.
Pat dry with gauze or paper towels.
2. Salt to taste on each side.
Sauce preparation.
3. 3 tablespoons of sour cream.
4. 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
5. 1 teaspoon (without top) dried garlic.
6. 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper.
7. Grate 130 gr. mozzarella cheese.
8. Grate other cheddar cheese 50 gr.
9. 20 ml. vegetable oil for lubricating the sheet.
Eggplants are tasty and healthy. Prepare delicious treats for yourself and your family.

I truly enjoy watching the entire preparations of meals. I'm positive there are many food channels completely geared towards delivering the information for those who need it to be quick due to many reasons. Watching this makes me feel relaxed & pleased just as if I'm doing it or as if this person is making it to have a meal with me. It's nice to have a choice at any given time. I personally wouldn't knock either type of food /recipe presentation. Just food for thought!
