Hello! I really liked this house. But you did the review so quickly, as if you had a goal of “reviewing the house in three minutes." I loved everything about this house: lots of good sized rooms, bathrooms, large dining area, lovely backyard with a hedge of climbing plants.

Price?

The fact that none of the bedrooms have fitted cupboards make it useless for me. Where do the people hang their clothes? Surely not in a loose standing cupboard? The rest is nice. Garden needs work, but the house is renovated very neatly.

And how much is monthly rent please?

CZcams deemed fit to pop this up on my feed of videos to watch. I actually viewed this property; was shown around by a very pleasant chap, Ethan I think he was called. I liked the place, but being very sensitive to noise I could hear the Almhurst Road traffic even with the windows shut, shame. A quick check shows this property completed 1 year and 5 months ago £1k over asking price -- That would not happen now, would it. How times have changed. I almost did relocate but a few days before I was due to exchange on a property nearby to this one the entire chain collapsed. Argh. Never mind. An imminent viewing on another place around the Chine area coming shortly, I hope.

Some of the information is incorrect, it is already a requirement for epc of c and above in wales , and god help you English landlords when the equivalent of rent smart wales come in in England there will be a flood of English landlords leaving the industry as is happening in wales at the moment

Mate, of course you will sell more if you drop the price...3 bedroom houses selling below national average in Bournemouth @ €270K price point. - its all on rightmove. Cash buyers have a better chance, mortgage buyers will be priced out of the market by Bank Of England (BOE) as they hike the interest rates - its 4% today....we can expect it to keep going up...probably to 5.50%. Anyone who has got a brain will get their mortgages now while you can, cos the BOE aint gonna stop - inflation is still at around 10% - with all the strikes going on - if wages increase....tgis will cause inflation to go up again and means more higher interest rates even if it crashes the economy - BOE committee seem to be high sniffing the white stuff...
