The tour continues to the old town, where narrow streets and historic buildings exude the charm of times gone by. Here you will come across the famous Manneken Pis, a small but iconic bronze figure that has fascinated visitors for centuries.
The Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula is the next stop - an imposing Gothic building.
No visit to Belgium would be complete without a culinary note: perhaps finish off with a freshly baked Belgian waffle, crispy and fluffy, topped with a generous helping of whipped cream and fresh fruit - a sweet treat that rounds off the trip perfectly.

I spent a magical week on this ship in December 2019 visiting Christmas Markets. This was my first time river cruising and really enjoyed the cruise, all of the staff on the ship were so friendly.
