After losing 8kg and maintaining it for over two years, I wasn’t really worried about my diet, but my recent checkup revealed that I have a stomach ulcer and high LDL levels. 🥲 So, I’m drastically cutting back on coffee, desserts, and foods high in saturated fats and trying to build a more balanced and healthy diet. 💪🏼
* This vlog captures my new daily routine of eating healthily according to the advice from my health check-up report, tailored to what suits my body. It may not work for everyone, and I plan to adjust it over time to maintain balance. Of course, since I'm neither a nutritionist nor a medical expert, be sure to consult a professional for any specialized advice.

I visited Dori Ginkgo Town and Bulguksa Temple on November 2nd. I figured late October was a little too early and early November was just starting to see the foliage. So, mid-November would be quite nice to see the foliage in the southern region of Korea. Hope this helps! 😊
