Bruh a university team beat a premier league academy
It's Loughborough University, the best sports university team in the world. All their players are ex-academy players who are on scholarships at Loughborough University.
@@fpsreactions8481 I understand that, but it's still embarrassing nonetheless for a professional football club of Liverpool's stature's academy to lose to Loughborough even if it's the best university football team in the world. But I do know that Liverpool is not really known for having an unbelievable academy anyway. I wonder how it would go if they played Barcelona, Real Madrid, Ajax or even Chelsea's academy.
@@McFlashh It's not embarrassing at all. Loughborough University have some players that have played for Liverpool, Crystal Palace, etc... They have also produced multiple professional footballers. Loughborough University often play against U23 and U18 academies where they win. Also, remember, Loughborough's team had 18-23 year olds in their team, while Liverpool had 16 and 17 year olds.
@@fpsreactions8481 Academy players from premier league clubs which got released then went to play for Loughborough 🤣, they got their revenge and yeah they are older too so not fair. But the best football academies are either Barcelona, Real Madrid or Ajax.
