Why not just run a 28” bar that saw if car capable of running a 36” bar through hard wood. Not to mention your having to bend over and strain your back. Long bars are not just made for big trees they can be safer and more comfortable to operate all day

I bought a chainsaw mill and a MS391 but I'm not looking to cut lumber just thick slabs . I plan to pressure wash my logs to remove as much dirt as I can before I start .

I bought a chainsaw mill and just bought the MS-391 and a 28" bar to get a little more reach for clamping to the mill . I plan to make a setup much like yours but using a section of a extension ladder for guides . Most of my cuts will be just 8 foot so I will have a little extra guid to start the cut and finish the cut . Great video I hope I have a big enough saw. You have a blessed one and be safe using that saw .

How can I find out about the auctions you mentioned in regards to walnut. I have a number of nice walnut on my property that are ready to be harvested. I own a mobile sawmill and was also wondering if it would be more profitable to market them in slabs or the auction you mentioned. Thank you

Thanks for the great video! I just bought a new Mule Pro FXT 1000cc. I was curious about the front diff oil change because I saw the labor was quite a bit higher for the dealer to do it if it has a winch. I shouldn't have any issues with doing all that myself at home and save well over $100.

Very clever fix ... not better, but we have used "Pest Blocker" foam to fill gaps like those then after it cures you just saw or cut the excess off....

I have a Hercules double guitar stand, the hand grip dissolved and the trigger fell off. It wasn’t on the road much as I stopped taking two guitars. This stand was in a guitar/equipment storage room. I needed it for holding two new guitar purchases and when I grabbed it by the gripper it stuck to my hand with the trigger on the floor. Fell apart without even being used. The company policy no receipt no honoring its warranty. Honestly who saves receipts for guitar stands that are made by a reputable company like this ? #2. I’ve got a Hercules mic stand where the gripper just stopped gripping one night at a gig. This stand WAS the best I ever had. It was very sturdy it had adjustments like no other. These two pieces of junk now sit in the pile of “ MISFIT TOYS “ that I can’t use and as a testament as to how Hercules treats it’s good customers

I should’ve used diesel to begin with, but I didn’t think of it at the time. I used a product that wasn’t supposed to mold or mildew. But it has and so my logs have black dots in them. What can I use to get rid of the black mildew which ever it is dots. I know chlorine can ruin metal. What can I use to get rid of the black especially the black dots mildew whatever and not ruin the metal on my log structure? Thank you! I wish I would’ve used diesel to begin with.

Are you gluing to a fiberglass pole? I make my own flags out of rip stop nylon . I drill a hole thru the top of the fiberglass pole and run a safety pin thru the material and that holds it in place. I am wondering if your glue idea would work better.

I'm 55 I've owned allot of weed eaters from Craftsman, Echo, Hyper Tough, Husqvarna, by far I like the Stihl FS 56 the best out of all of them. After 20 minutes of use I made that judgment it was that easy.
