I enjoyed the relaxation. I was too consumed with thoughts of your ancestry's background. I do not want to be guided by a non African person. Other than that, I think this is the best mediation method I have experienced although I did not connect to my ancestors, I did feel if I could rid myself of doubt, I could. The 30 minutes went by so fast.

First time, was not met by my ancestors. I did have intense feelings of sadness tho. Not sure if it's disappointment or if it brought up other stuff. Either way I don't know if I want to try again... maybe the ancestors want me to be sober when I come 😅
