Black woman with Severe Stage IV Endometriosis here. My endo is classified as Bowel Endometriosis with Endometriomas at this point, and its so nice to see other black women trying this product and seeing some results. I've been looking at the comments and want everyone to know that endo is manageable with more than just midol, Tylenol, advil, etc. I just went through my first month of actually taking my vitamins and eating anti-inflammatory foods. If you got endo, then you most likely have iron deficiency and magnesium deficiency. These 2 vitamins alone had an unreal affect on my period this month. The iron cut my bleeding down by more than half and im a heavy bleeder. When I used to use tampons, I was running through super pluses every 3 hours. Yall, I was sitting there waiting for the blood to come. I was lightly bleeding/spotting by day 3!! I havent done that ever. Thr magnesium helps with tight muscles, cramps, constipation caused by endo, and even depression. I also bought some magnesium spray from vitamin shoppe and yall I put that on with my heating pad and my cramps were gone by day 2.5-3. I normally cramp for 3-4 days of nonstop, laying on my stomach with the heating pad, crying in pain type of stuff every month. I also limited eating inflammatory foods. This is key to managing your endo. These doctors don't know nothing about diet and don't care tbh. They will just put u on birth control or offer you surgery and then put u on birth control. Thats not a good life. 😕 So, I bought this book One Part Plant by Jessica Murnane and I've been loving it. The food is easy to make, delicious and cheaper than u would expect. She has stage IV endo and this is how she manages it. She also has a book called Know Your Endo. Its amazing and has given me so much valuable information that really has changed my life. I can actually sit up and walk by day 3 now! I dont normally comment on youtube at all, but I needed to tell yall this. Endo can take over your life. Use these tools to take it back. Please. I have done the the Goddess Detox a few times. It did help with my period. However I was told you have have to do 6-8 detoxes to see a lasting change with Endometriosis.

a friend of mine was infertile for years and she did the goddess detox and got pregnant right after. Shes currently prego with her 2nd child

As I was watching your video, I could actually understand every word you said. I hope it helps me. Anything to give a bit more comfort. My last menstrual was so bad all I could do is lay in my bed and cry from all the pain. It is more comforting to know that I am not the only one with this problem.

I go through the exact same thing you do. 😩 I know your pain all too well. Had the Laparoscopy and everything. I tried the pearls for the first time in April and that next month I felt a difference.....it was kind of better. But June...omg the worst! I’m doing another detox now. I didn’t purge much on my first one.
