I put new hobby grade ESC and a 3 wire servo and a receiver in it. The motors are still stock. The Charger body was beat up before I got it. Put a VRX 1/10 Baja Bug body on it now. Looks cool....4wd monster Bug. Thanks for watching

It does have altitude hold.....when it takes off.....it goes about 5 feet high and stays there....until you make it go higher or lower. But the one joystick is hard for me to get used to. Tilting the remote takes the place of the other joystick

I had it the same as hot coffee. Doesn't need to boil. Just be careful not to get it in eyes or on skin. But other than that.....it's not dangerous

The tilt remote is hard to get used to for me. Im better with 2 joy sticks

Hi. I've had it for about 2 years now. Only thing that happened is the engine mount bolts loosened up.....that caused the spur gear on the clutch to grind off the teeth on the spur gear in the single speed transmission. I bought 2 new Spur gears and they arrived from China to the Philippines in 10 days. Then I put loc Tite on the bolts. So far it's been good. The guys rate the FC Force motor to be good. It starts better than the HSP motor I put in a tired out HPI Firestorm. Just Google VRX parts to see what online platforms have them by you. In my area....HSP nitro parts are more common.....but the stores did not have any complete buggies in stock. The store I bought this one from said he orders parts directly from the VRX factory.....so I can get anything I need for now. Things change....so I don't know how long parts will be available....but they seem to have lots of models that they keep selling. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching

It's good. Mine is still going without any problems. It's ok with the stock tires....but they didn't have as much traction as other tires have. I like the looks of the HBX tires with their sporty wheels....plus more aggressive tread. It's nice with the LED lights also. Thanks for watching

Just order any RC charger for a 2s lipo.....same connector as the stock battery has....the charger will charge a lipo or the stock lithium ion battery. A better charger will also be faster than just the USB style

@markrc6368 inspired me to build one I'm making a front wheel drive so I can pedal easy ,I made a friction drive before but I'm going with this style engine and chain seeing how good yours works I'm doing 11 tooth to 74 tooth cause ima romp through the woods ! I'll have it going next weekend!

Thanks you, I’m new to this, I recently bought myself a nitro Chinese VRX and when running it in, the sound is cutting, but in the CZcams video it’s soft (I haven’t touched the corburetor needles yet). Could this be due to the fact that I didn’t drop nitromethane into the engine when I first started it? Or is there no need to worry about this? And is it still necessary to blow out the burnt fuel that remains in the engine after driving?

I put all metal diff gears in it. WLtoys a979 oil shocks bolt right on. I'm the administrator of the HoSpeed group on FB.....so I show guys what can be done with these trucks.

Besides this 16103 I also have the Conquer.....but all same to the Rapidly

It's small and light..... So I keep it around 20 meters or less. I think it would be ok at 30 or 40 meters away. Thanks for watching

Solved!!!! After about an hour of watching the same tutorials over and over, I figured it out thru trial and error. I guess maybe there’s been a newer model since the videos I saw, but the missing piece is clicking the channel three button after reaching the red/blue blinking light. It will then blink steady blue like it does in the videos, and you can use the throttle to choose between mixed and normal steering.

At that time it was stock ESC and motor. But the Dean's connector let me run a 2s lipo battery that helped. Later on....at a beach on the Ocean....the ESC burnt up. So then I robbed the brushless combo and steering servo out of a junk Remo Hobby 1/16 Smax truck to put in this HS. Now it runs 3s and is pretty fast.

I checked my box.....but the owners manual isn't in there anymore.....but the buttons on the remote should be able to adjust the trim so it doesn't move around so much. I need to move my joystick often to keep it from wandering around....just like my E88 drone....it doesn't have any sensors to keep it in one place....always have to keep adjusting it with the joystick. My Ryze Tello Drone has the optical sensor on the bottom....so it stays hovering in the same place much better. Hope that helps

@@prashanthprabhakarrao644 Sure. If you read the manual it says you have to press and hold on something and then use the arrow right and arrow left keys to make sure it stays in place. When I first tried, I tried to fly it outside, but because it is so light, it's not really made for outside even a little wind can make it go off and you can't control it, so I would recommend mostly using it inside.

Wow. That is weird. Mine is still going strong. I don't have an answer for that. A few people are having problems with this plane when they 1st got it. One didn't bind to the remote. One had a different problem. I just told them to return it quick for a refund before the time ran out. But maybe it's too late to return yours? Could buy a new one and return your old one instead. Ha ha.

Can you test the lipo battery with a multimeter to make sure it's at 3.7 volts or more? Just to see if the battery is the problem. Or the plane. If the battery is good. Maybe return it? Mine is still working great. Had it for many months already

Must have got a bad one. Maybe you can return it for a refund. Mine is still going with it's original battery. People ask me often how to fly it. So I take it for a flight to remind myself how complicated it is with just one joystick. Other than using a multimeter to make sure the lipo battery still has about 3.7 volts in it.....I don't know what could be wrong. Sorry
