I talk to my doctors more and keep them updated about my health. instead of spilling my guts to my family, I spill my guts to my doctors. Instead of sitting while looking out my windows, I stand while looking out the windows. I need only six hours of sleep, so I go to bed at 1am and get up at 6am. It’s my time NOW. I love essential oils. I have rosemary, avocado, black seed, aloe vera, just to name a few. I love the smell of lavender but I would say my favorite is tea tree. I love the tingling sensation it gives to my scalp or foot bath.

Good information. I inadvertently helped a father teach his son a lesson today. I was in Wal-Mart in the produce dept. I was over by the avocados getting ready to go to the otherside to pick up celery. While heading over, a bag of greens fell on the floor. When I reached the other side, I stopped to pick up the bag and put it back on the shelf. A man was standing there with his children then said to his son, you see how she picked up the bag even though she didn't drop it. I looked over at them and he started to telling me how his son always asks why should he pick something up that he didn't drop. It did make me feel good knowing that the son was able to see it for himself.
