I love how this captures the perspective of the helping friend too. While it's true the friend with anxiety is going through a lot, it's also true that the helping friend really goes through a lot while trying to assist them. Both are completely valid experiences.

I wish I could help my friend like that, but she said herself that she prefers to stay in her comfort zone while just lamenting that she can't be sociable Or maybe I'm being too harsh and judging her too much.... Trying to at least get out of your comfort zone sometimes shouldn't be that bad... Or is it? For me it's just stressful most of the time, but because of the people involved, it's not always that bad.... But I can't say that for her or other people. She said she couldn't be herself even on the internet, oh man I really want to help her...

It happened to me once and it went pretty much the same way as the video. Girls are people too and some of them who are especially kind do try and relate, but it goes pretty much the same way as in the video.
If you think the whole meaning of the vídeo is a girl getting interested on you, it shows how superficial and maybe unlucky with relationships you are
