Solving Linear Equations Using Inverse Operations
zhlédnutí 215Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows how to solve linear equations using inverse operations. The tutorial includes two one step equation and two 2 step equations examples.
Solving Equations Using Algebra Tiles
zhlédnutí 173Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows how to solve linear equations using algebra tiles and how the algebra tiles model the "algebra" we do with the actual equation.
Combining Like Terms and Using the Distributive Property
zhlédnutí 329Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows how to combine (and and subtract) like terms and what "like terms" means. The tutorial also includes examples of how the Distributive Property works and how it is used to simplify algebraic expressions.
Multiplying and Dividing Fractions
zhlédnutí 57Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows how to multiply and divide fractions and rational numbers.
Adding and Subtracting Fractions
zhlédnutí 27Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows six examples how to add or subtract fractions. Near the beginning the tutorial shows why you need a common denominator and how to find the least common denominator for 5 of the 6 examples.
Dividing Integers
zhlédnutí 21Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows how to divide integers and relates how division of integers is the same as the multiplying rules for integers.
Multiplying Integers
zhlédnutí 13Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows how to multiply integers using a number line, then a generalization to: multiplying two integers with the same sign is positive, and multiplying two integers with opposite signs is negative
Subtracting Integers
zhlédnutí 45Před 5 měsíci
This tutorial shows how to subtract integers using a number line through several examples and then generalizes to keeping the same first number, and changing the subtraction to addition of the opposite second number
Adding Integers
zhlédnutí 37Před 5 měsíci
The tutorial shows how to add 2 integers through several examples. The first about 4:30 discusses with 5 examples how to add two integers with the same sign and from 4:30 to the end shows examples when you are adding one positive and one negative integer. The first 13 minutes (approximately) shows using a number line how to model add integers. The last 4 minutes demonstrates how to use integer ...
Why Do Horizontal Translation Factors Seem Opposite?
zhlédnutí 186Před 8 měsíci
This tutorial explains why horizontal translation factors are opposite what they first appear as. For example, y = (x - 3)² is y = x² translated 3 units to the right, not 3 left and y = (x 7)² is y = x² translated 7 units left (not right).
Drawing Joined Figures With the Pencil Tool in Mathify
zhlédnutí 59Před 8 měsíci
This tutorial shows (and explains) how to use the pencil tool in Mathify and the shift key to draw figures where all sides are joined together.
Properties of Angles in Circles
zhlédnutí 622Před 10 měsíci
This tutorial shows some properties of inscribed and central angles, how a perpendicular to a chord bisects the chord and that any angle inscribed in a diameter is a right angle.
The Birthday Problem
zhlédnutí 346Před rokem
This tutorial describe the Birthday Problem (or Paradox). Several common calculations are shown for the Birthday Problem.
Finding A Tangent Line Equation Passing Through an External Point
zhlédnutí 1,3KPřed rokem
This tutorial shows how to find the equation of a tangent line to a curve that passes through a point external to the curve.

Good, now remove what contains the water and let's see if centripetal force still pertains
Please correct if I'm wrong. Supplies is going up when buy no matter with cash or on credit. Supplies is an asset, therefore it would be debited; and on credit, so A/P should be booked on credit (Liability is up). Thank you, Sir.
how can I download for free this software?
what is the 1 for and why is always 1. what's the reasoning behind that
Dear mathematics you was my best friend but now you are the last but not least
thanks W video
Thanks. It helped me a lot in the branches of the tree diagram.
I still can't understand the formula. How come the Cn(N,n) value can be the "total" number of possible outcomes for an extraction of n b-w (black white, chemists/physicists ) COLOURED items out of N possibile items ? It is just a number that represents how we can choose n items from N items .. no matter their "colour"is I don't understand how Cn(N,n) can be representative of ALL POSSIBLE CASES .. if it does not contain any information about the colour. Thank you Rispondi
i dont understand the last bit the repetition and no repetiton
Watching this I can point that the best approach is swap links, and if you work this way you can not do 2r1- 3r2
Great video! Thank you so much!
I don't know if you will read this since you posted this 15 years ago but thank you for teaching me with this video
Legend. Thanks
This is so helpful thanks.❤❤❤
Good
yep
Bro watching it 15 years later
I'm sorry if I missed it, but why is it that the maximum value doesn't show when the median value is added in?
This just saved me for my test 🙏 this helped so much
amazing video man 12 years later😃
I found your videos a lot better than the rest of the videos on CZcams explaining HST.

No one gives a f***😂😂😂
I give two!
Thank you sir
Still a good video 15 years later
Thanks
Thank you so much
Thank you 😊
Hello, I tried this and it worked great! However, do you know if there is a way to label the minimum and maximum on the chart itself?
Amazing method, but how would you do this with a negative a? for example, instead of 20x it said -20x, then how would we solve using this method?
Just factor out the negative sign first
Thank you ❤
big pp
What was the final answer😭
Bro nice gudguli
thank you
you kinda look like paul walker
You have been educating about a thousand people a year with this video. And I’m one of them. It is a model of clarity. Thank you!
