• 120 g tuna in olive or sunflower oil
• ½ red onion
• 10 g chives
• Green Olives with anchovies or green olives
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• Salt and pepper
• 1/3 Crème fraiche or Sour cream or Greek Yoghurt full fat
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1tsp English mustard

I've never tried making this recipe in a slow cooker, but it's definitely worth a shot! Just be sure to check on it from time to time to ensure everything is cooking properly. It could turn out great! Let me know how it goes if you decide to try it.

This is NOT a Bavarois! A Bavarois does not use gelatin; it uses only egg yolks and whipped cream to serve as the structural body of the dessert. Panna Cotta uses gelatin as the structural body. What you have created here is a hybrid of the two desserts.
