Truma on board, Sabrina was right about out Truma AquaGo
It has been over a year since we had a Truma AquaGo installed in our RV and we wanted to share our thoughts on it now that we have been able to use it in every season and situation, dry camping as well as with full hookups

Don’t need to wait 25 minutes for a tank to heat up before taking a shower
Energy efficient and saves us time while getting ready in the morning
Sabrina was right
I originally thought eco was the way to go, Sabrina liked the comfort setting.
I was wrong and she was right, while boondocking I have used the comfort mode and it gets the water hot so fast that I feel it is the more efficient route to take while showering off grid, but I do turn it back to eco after the shower. I feel this is the winning combination to making our propane and water stretch while boondocking.
Sabrina said we would never RV without an AquaGo
It’s funny how fast you get accustomed to luxury items which is what we consider the AquaGo to be, Sabrina recently said that all future RV’s will have to have an AquaGo in them.
Something we both enjoy is the consistency of the water temp, it’s never cold and more importantly it never scalds us, and that is with us being in cold temps for the winter and extremely hot temps in the summer.
Easy to maintain
One of the things I enjoy about the system that, Sabrina probably doesn’t care about is how easy it is to maintain. I just did the one year clean out and no tools were needed in fact after you insert the 6 tablets for decalcification the AquaGo does the rest. It really couldn’t be any easier.
Closing thoughts
We have plans to purchase a travel trailer in the near future and if we can’t get one with an AquaGo we will be doing an aftermarket install just like we did with our Vista. It’s great while boondocking or while having full hookups and it’s a winning system all around.
