The reason why Tyson Gay won that race is because he has more mature muscles than Trayvon and if you look at his deltoid muscles they are very well more development than Trayvon as well. Hand speed influences leg speed and this is why sprinters always train their shoulders...Ironically Trayvon will eventually run 9.75 in the near future.... I love track and field it's very entertaining

Tyson Gay is far and away - that too - my all-time favourite American sprinter. Watching him is like watching a funny car - his top-end speed always strikes me as red-lining with just the right gear for the distance. He has always had crazy finishing speed. Little bit of lurch to his strides, like Donovan Bailey did.
